All good sold on our site are sold as novelty goods only, and we will not be held responsible for any injury cause by the use of our products.

We sell some of our items boxed and and some in vacuum sealed packaging. The vacuum sealed products are unboxed, and unbranded. To save you money, we offer the majority of our products this way. They are 100% safe and have never been used. We just want to save you money where we can. They are still name brand items, and work just as well as their retail packaged counterparts. It’s just a different way to ship.

The original records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for the materials contained in this website are kept by the Custodian of Records for each of the primary producers.
Guiltless Pleasures does not have in our possession any of the original 2257 disclaimers for any of the models. All of the companies, manufacturers, or studios that have created content that we sell or advertise have represented that all models appearing on their product covers or instructional videos are over 18 and that they, companies, manufacturers, or studios, maintain all appropriate 2257 disclaimers or the equivalent.
SHIPPING
All products are shipped in plain packaging. We offer free shipping on order over $50.00 to destinations in the USA. With shipping for orders under $50.00 being a flat rate of $7.00. If you want your package shipped outside of the USA, contact us for shipping rates.
Shipping Restrictions
We assume no responsibility to whether your country, state, county, and city allows adult material or not. Please make sure you research your laws and ordinances to make sure you do not order anything that is restricted.
No aerosols are allowed to be shipped by air, and if you order them, it will delay your order from shipping substantially.
Backorders
If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra. If they become unavailable, we will notify you by email.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Due to health and safety concerns and the intimate nature of our products all sales are final. If you discover that something is missing or incorrect you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept returns for satisfaction guarantees. Satisfaction guarantees includes issues of color, size, shape and functionality and packaging type. Please be sure you understand the size and function of the item before purchasing it.
Manufacturer Defectives (must be reported to us within 10 days)
Place a new web order for defective merchandise
Please email us with the original order # and the customer’s complaint so we may justify the defect.
Due to the ability to copy DVD’s and CD’s, these are only returnable if the seal is unbroken. Only defective items can be returned if the seals have been broken.
Returned/Refused
These orders never made it to their destinations, the address was incorrect or the package did not fit the receptacle.
We will inspect the refused orders and if they are viable for resale we will issue a credit for the order, minus a 20% restocking fee.
If products are not viable for resale due to damage from shipping errors no credit will be issued as we have to discard the product.
Guiltless Pleasures cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the checkout process.
Wrong Item/Shortages (Must be reported within 48 hours)
If a wrong order or item is received you are to email stacey@guiltlesspleasures.net with the order # and explain the issue.
Once we investigate the order # we will then credit for product or issue a call tag to have the wrong item returned, and we will reship the correct items
Lost/Stolen
We are not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse
If there is a tracking #, the order has been put on a skid and has left our building
If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing claim.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable

All allowable returns must be returned back in their original packaging, and you must contact us ahead of time to get a RMA number to make a return. Anything without preauthorization will not be credited back to your card.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Guiltless Pleasures and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
References or links on this site to any names, marks, products, or services of third parties or hypertext links to third party sites or third party information are provided to the user for simplicity only and do not in any way constitute or imply Guiltless Pleasures endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of the third party, information, product, or service.
